Luke is widely recognised for his expertise in optimising performance of marinas into highly regarded Gold Anchor destinations, a testament to his strategic vision, effective management, and commitment to excellence.

Relevant Experience & Past Performance

• Successfully managed award winning marina businesses including Coral Sea Marina Resort, Gold Coast City Marina & Shipyard, and Marina Mirage Marina.

• Within a 12-month period of management, elevated the marina performance of Marina Mirage Marina to achieve Marina of the Year 2023 and increase revenue by 100%. This was achieved through Luke’s strategic approach, including effective staff training, targeted marketing and branding strategies, and a commitment to professional customer service.

• Led the transformation of two marinas and one boatyard to achieve Gold Anchor standards, developing industry leading innovations and benchmarks.
